CANCELATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require minimum 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours notice, a 100 % per hour booked, fee does apply and will be charged to the card on file.
We charge a full fee even for covid positive cancelations.
SERVICE RE-DO POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge within 14 days of original appointment date. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color.
